All medical conditions must be clearly stated on the application form.

The hours of the camp are 9.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions.

All payments must be made in full in advance of the camp start date.

Terenure Sports Camps are not responsible for children outside camp hours.

We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to any property belonging to camp members and would ask parents to make sure that all items, such as hats, jackets, bags, lunch boxes and bottles be clearly labeled. We will keep lost property on-site until the end of camp week.

There are no mobile phones allowed in camp and we would suggest that watches, arm bands, bracelets, rings, necklaces etc also be left at home from a health and safety perspective.

Terenure Sports Camp would ask that all valuables be left at home.

Terenure Sports Camp reserves the right to cancel part of or the entire programme.
With all relevant payments refunded.

All arrangements and activities are subject to change depending on weather conditions, programme schedule and other arrangements.

Terenure Sports Camp has the right to cancel, amend or alter activities accordingly.

Terenure Sports Camp will keep a current insurance policy for the duration of the camp.

Should a child be unable to attend a full refund will be given. We will require 7 days notice or a doctors note.

Terenure Sports Camp shall not be responsible for any illness, death or accident. Terenure Sports Camp havefull public liability cover for activities undertaken. Personal Accident Insurance against injury, accident, or loss whilst on camp is the responsibility of you the client.

Places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Permission is granted to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident.

All participants must be 5 years or older and be attending primary school.

We shall not be responsible for any children left unsupervised at our venue 15 minutes prior to or after camp time

I/We consent to the use of any photographs and video footage that may be taken of our child during the camp to be used, distributed or shown as Terenure Sports Camp / TCRFC as seems appropriate.
